How to store cutting discs correctly

1. Resin cutting discs are fragile items. When transporting the cutting discs, they must be placed carefully and horizontally to prevent collision and cracking, otherwise flying discs will occur during use!

2. The cutting discs should be placed flat on wooden pallets or wooden frames, and the stacking height should generally not exceed 1.5 meters! The higher the stacking, the more unstable the center of gravity, and prevent collapse.

3. Store at room temperature. Store the resin cutting discs in a place without direct sunlight and moisture. Try to store the grinding wheel at room temperature to avoid contact with high or low temperatures.

4. Anti-aging. Due to the influence of resin aging, the shelf life of the grinding wheel should generally not exceed one year, otherwise it will affect its normal use. If it must be used, relevant safety tests must be carried out again.

5. After use, the resin cutting disc should be properly stored to avoid contact with hard objects to avoid damage. At the same time, attention should also be paid to cleaning and maintenance to keep the cutting disc in good condition.
