Batching stage: In accordance with the formula requirements, a certain proportion of resin, abrasive, adhesive and other raw materials are flowed into the raw material barrel through a funnel. After fully mixing the various raw materials, they are repeatedly filtered and screened to remove impurities to ensure that the raw material particles are of the same size.
Forming process: The raw materials are filled and covered on the glass fiber mesh substrate. After the filling process is completed, the mixed abrasives are pressed into shape by machine cold pressing.
Hardening process: The pressed cut disc are placed in a kiln and calcined at high temperatures to dry and harden them.
